Our Crawley school is one of the best equipped martial arts facilities in the country and we are proud of the range and standard of equipment available here. The main teaching area is dedicated to the kids classes when they run and has a laminated floor, providing a smooth and clean surface for training. The training floor also has wall to wall mirrors on one side to help students correct their postures and hand shapes and to help improve their performance in the standardised training forms.

The wall opposite the mirrors is fitted with a range of punching surfaces; old fashioned but very effective punch bags and a series of wall mounted pads; all used to develop an efficient and safe punching technique and to practice punching drills and develop strength.

The two equipment cupboards contain a wide range of kit from balance beams and ‘wobble’ boards, hand-held pads for punching and kicking on, medicine balls ( or Swiss balls ), small hand held weights, skipping ropes, etc. We also store a small quantity of each weapon used in the junior school so that a student can continue to train if they forget their own.
